  • Adobe Application Manager - download error

    I have a subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud. I downloaded the Application Managing director. I opened the Managing director, connect, then the computer just by saying download error. Please contact customer support.

    The application managing director also does not appear in programs. I thought that if I uninstall and reinstall what might work, only I can't actually uninstall it.

    Whatever ideas?

    Ok.. Hither is how I solved this problem. This could be a aid to anyone. In 1 of the forums in that location was advice for a trouble where Artistic Cloud connection constantly requested ID, which is what precipitated this problem with Awarding Director. I uninstalled creative Cloud connection and so:

    I dragged my file opm.db by dragging on the destop. I then went to re-download Artistic connectedness Cloud, which acquired the Adobe Application Director to launch ask for my credentials and instead of the dreaded mistake of downloading, it launched. This has created a new opm.db file, which apparently at present allows application Manager to load and work.

    On Mac, you tin can find the opm.db file located in this folder: \Library\Application Support\Adobe\OOBE

    I am OSX x.10.4 and can't launch Adobe applications, told me to install the Application Manager 9, I try to merely for the following error:

    "We met the post-obit issues. Setup could not initialize. Please download Adobe Support Advisor to find the problem. »

    Past clicking on the link for the said Support Provider information technology is discontinued and returns me to the help forum and paid options to contact someone from Adobe direct.

    Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

    The correct answer to the thread did not directly aid, but knowing that there are more files in the binder utilities under Adobe Application Manager allowed me to endeavor to delete all files from Adobe in this folder. Later that, I was able to install the new application director.

    Advice to Adobe if you want:

    Consider changing the installer to find and delete all the files in a conflict like this to the user to assistance with the installation process.

  • Adobe Awarding Managing director is updating every time I commencement information technology.

    I use Adobe Application Manager Mac Bone x.vi.8 to manage my subscriptions Photoshop and InDesign. A few days back, Adobe Application Manager downloaded and installed an updated (to himself) and since and so, whenever I open up it, it installs an update (the message says "updating Adobe Awarding Manager"), and then asks for my password of Mac Bone then my Adobe ID and password. And so, if I light 5 times a day, each time the same process will be repeated. It's so frustrating and unnecessarily consumes my cyberspace bandwidth. All troubleshooting help would exist appreciated. Thank you.

    Adobe Awarding Manager is no longer used now to download and install applications on older operating systems.

    Adobe Application Director is automatically updated for the purposes of Function Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac OS X 10.7 or later and Windows 7 or afterwards version.

    I am on Mac OS 10.viii.4. When I endeavour to update InDesign CC to the latest version, Adobe Application Manager launches and gives me the following error:

    Update failed

    Updates cannot be practical

    You already use Adobe Application Manager. Please close all instances of Adobe Awarding Manager before you apply the updates.

    And so, I leave the MAO, check that it does not turn in the activeness monitor and so restart it. to become the aforementioned error bulletin. I have non found a solution online, and then I hope someone can help me to get beyond that.

    I'1000 trying to install Adobe Application Managing director on my Mac Book Pro with Os X ten.82. After double clicking on the AdobeApplicationManager.app the progress window is displayed, but after a few seconds it freezes. :-( I accept to forcefulness quit the installer. Whatever ideas?

    I'm on creative cloud trying to download Adobe Photo Shop, only my Awarding Managing director does not load on my MAC, I tried all sorts of ways of its opening, but it notwithstanding does not work? On creative cloud says that the download of photoshop, but zilch shows that the MAO does not load.

    I managed to download illustrator in the past, virtually 3 weeks ago.

    Delight can someone aid me. I'm on a Mac. Should I uninstall and install again? Y at - it an choice to uninstall AAM?

  • Just finished a clean install of Photoshop CS6 on my Mac Volume Pro Yosemite and Adobe Application Managing director does not and cannot install a new copy of Adobe

    Just re-installed a fresh re-create of Photoshop CS6 on my Mac Book Pro Yosemite and somehow the Adobe Awarding Director does non work and so tin't check my copy.  What should I do?

    I get a message saying that Adobe Awarding Managing director can be damaged and that I should install a new version of the MAA.  Just afterwards downloading a new copy of MAA and makes installation, the program (AAM) will still not installed.  It's like an space loop!

    I'm sorry but I'g non on creative deject.  I'chiliad still on CS6 and it was Adobe Application Manager was not working and I could non install the update to this awarding.  My AAM version is: 8.0.0160

    The link you provided was the update I wanted to install just it does not work.  A window will announced during the installation that says:

    We encountered the post-obit problems.

    Setup could non initialize.  Delight download Adobe Back up Advisor to detect the problem.

    and then the link to Adobe Support Advisor that leads to a page "Adobe Support Advisor has been abandoned".

    I'm suddenly having bug with creative application of cloud. He asked me to reinstall (I think, a few days ago). I uninstalled, downloaded the latest version, and now information technology won't allow me install dorsum. He gets to Midway through the installation process, then disappears with no alarm whatever.     Yes, I did. After yous have reinstalled the operating system twice, I was nigh to showtime exploring other options for blueprint program. On a last ditch effort, I was able to solve the trouble by reviewing another thread (Creative Cloud Desktop won't install issues on Mac OS X 10.8.4).
